SlideRoom keeps everything organized online and easily accessible from anywhere. The gorgeous interface makes it easy to view all of an applicant’s submitted materials in one place. This can include forms, portfolios and references all being one click away.
Rate, Tag and Sort Applicants
Ratings can be used to sort applicants by overall rank. This is perfect for finding the best applicants, even if your evaluations that take place over multiple rounds. Tags can be assigned to applicants to further group and organize during evaluation. In addition, the review process can be customized for collaborative or independent review.
Comments and Attachments
Reviewers can leave comments for more specific feedback. If they need to add additional materials (like a transcript) to an applicant’s submission, they can upload an attachment or paste in a note. Reviewer comments and attachments are for your internal use only, not visible to applicants.
Export Data and Media
We believe it should be easy to get information out of SlideRoom. Administrators can generate exports of applicant data in the form of spreadsheets (xls, csv, txt) for local backups or alternative uses. Media can also be downloaded directly to your computer on an individual basis or for all the applicants within a program. If you need both media and data, a PDF report containing the applicant’s entire submission can be generated for easy printing.
