A. Yes. SlideRoom’s infrastructure was designed from the ground up to be highly secure. We use industry standard 128bit encryption, password protection, and state-of-the-art servers that are protected by advanced firewalls housed in a certified data center.

Q. How do you protect against someone setting up a false account?

A. Before an organization account can be activated, SlideRoom will verify account information by calling your organization contact person and by checking independent sources.

Q. How does SlideRoom prevent organizations from receiving spam?

A. Applicants are required to create password protected accounts, which prevents spam bots. We also charge a small submission fee, which spammers are not inclined to pay.

Q. Where are the applicants’ portfolios actually stored?

A. All of these files are stored on SlideRoom’s servers. These files can be accessed with your secure password and filtered by program name for review. Files are stored on SlideRoom as long as you are a member. However, you can export everything to your local computer at any time.

Q. Does SlideRoom allow multiple reviewers to log in?

A. Yes. Every account has one administrator who can create as many reviewers as the organization needs, each with an individual password.

Q. What do you do with credit card information?

A. We never see nor store credit card information. We use secure Merchant Services to process payments.
