SlideRoom charges a yearly fee to the institution based on the Plan chosen. Also, a small submission fee is charged to the applicant at the time of submission. The institution may choose to pay this fee for applicants or add it's own fees. Learn more below.

  • Submission Fees

    For all Plans, the submission fee is based on your media requirements. A submission consisting of 5 uploads or less = $5. A submission of 6-25 uploads = $10. These include all media types. Higher limits are available as well.

  • Features

    Only pay for the features you need. A SlideRoom system can be customized to accommodate 3 different kinds of submission content: media, application forms and references. Choose the best combination for your institution.

  • Program Packages

    The cost of yearly accounts are based, in part, on the number of programs you wish to host simultaneously. A program is a unique submission opportunity with its own settings and deadline. Note that a program can run one after the other for no extra cost.

  • Administrators and Managers

    The system allows for an unlimited number of reviewers and includes 3 seats for Administrators and Managers. These roles have special access to create/edit program settings and deadlines. Each additional seat (beyond the 3) costs $100/year.

  • Technical Support

    All Plans come with full technical support for your applicants. They access help desk from within the system and/or email our support staff any day of the week to receive assistance. Response times are very fast, from 9am - 9pm CST.
